There are 3 shipping options: Free Shipping, Economy Shipping & Express Shipping.

• Free Shipping(carried by 4PX, USPS, DHL eCommerce, China Post ePacket): it will take 10-20 days to delivery after we ship out the order. Shipping time depend on the country.
• Economy Shipping(carried by 4PX, USPS, DHL eCommerce, China Post ePacket): it will take 10-20 days to delivery after we ship out the order. Shipping cost depends on the weight and country, our website will caculate the shipping on cart page
• Express Shipping(carried by USPS Priority Mail, DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS): it will take 5-10 days to delivery after we ship out the order, shipping cost depends on the weight and country, our website will caculate the shipping on cart page;

Note: Normally, we ship out the order within 1-3 days after payment. There will be a tracking number after we ship the order, tracking number will be sent to your email, and you can also login your account to view the trackng number. About Shipment Delay: In most cases, order arrives in the time-frame we have state. But we do not accept full refund for shipment some days delay. The shipping time-frame is an estimate shipping time-frame, shipping may be delayed due to unexpected bad weather, flight cancellation, customs clearance system failure etc. That is something we can not control. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will offer a full refund.

Wrong Shipping Address: Customer must provide correct shipping address, please check your address carefully, and make sure the deliver man can get in touch with you when they deliver your package. Shipping cost for packages returned due to wrong shipping address can not be refunded.

Tax fee: Normally, you do not need to pay tax, we write lower value for customs clearance. But if the customs check the goods and think the package should be taxed, then there will be a tax fee, and it should be paid by our customer.

Tracking Order:

Note: For all orders, once there is a tracking number, that means we have shipped the order. For US economy shipping, if the tracking info says “USPS Currently Awaiting Package“, “Shipment information sent to FedEx” that means we have shipped the order, and the package is still on the way to USPS/FedEx facility, once it arrives at the USPS/FedEx facility, the tracking will be updated, and you will receive it in 2-5 days.

The Status “Processing” is all the procedure before delivery. During this time, we get the items ready in 1-3 days, we ship the order, and the order is on the way to you.
