About Shipment Delay: In most cases, order arrives in the time-frame we have state. But we do not accept full refund for shipment some days delay. The shipping time-frame is an estimate shipping time-frame, shipping may be delayed due to unexpected bad weather, flight cancellation, customs clearance system failure etc. That is something we can not control. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will offer a full refund.
